Our office

The way we work is constantly evolving and so is the way we use our workspace. While our homes can temporarily transform into offices, our office has taken on a more homely, inviting character. Alongside focused work at individual desks, there are dedicated areas for play, nourishment, quiet retreat, and informal exchange.

At the bar area near the entrance, we personally welcome clients and business partners. The «Townhall» serves as a communal space for lunch breaks and smaller events such as talks or film screenings. Around fifty open-plan workstations are designed to be bright, flexible, and mobile. Carefully selected lighting and effective acoustic treatments ensure ideal working conditions.

Redesigned in 2023 according to the principles of «New Work», our spaces reflect the changing needs of our team and their expectations of a modern workplace. At the same time, they embody the flat hierarchies that have come to define Stücheli Architekten with the latest generational transition.
