A large block edge with residences and service use characterizes the development on Lindbergh - Allee.
Planning 2010-2013 / Construction 2012-2015

The Glattpark district plan clearly sets out that block perimeter developments and interconnected outdoor spaces are to be defining elements within the neighbourhood. The development on Lindbergh-Allee brings housing, services and business premises together on one site. The complex is structured by two inner courtyards. The smaller of these allows light into the offices ranged around it. The larger leafy courtyard is the point of arrival for residents. The efficient apartment layouts are designed for one- or two-person households. Open-plan living rooms with recessed balconies on both sides lend the apartments a spacious feel and provide views of both the courtyard and the surrounding area. A modular façade gives the building an all-round distinctive appearance.
