New building in the park at Hagenholzstrasse.
Planning 2019-2021 / Construction 2021-2024

At almost 80 metres tall, the high-rise residential building is a freestanding structure on Hagenholzstrasse, amid park-like surroundings that connect up with the green belt running through the district. The ground floor offers space for services or public use, while the 26 upper floors are divided up into around 220 apartments. Boasting a roof terrace and communal areas, the sixth floor serves as a meeting place. The top four floors house maisonette apartments and create a visual end-point to the building with their distinctive façade. A framework structure made of fibre-reinforced concrete spans several floors and creates an immediately recognisable scale that anchors the building within its setting.
