The clever positioning of the buildings at different heights on the plot makes sure that even the apartments facing away from the lake have views to the north over Lower Lake Constance.
Planning 2011-2012 / Construction 2012-2015

These three residential buildings nestle like boulders in a meadow at the end of a tongue of glacial rocks. The roofs and façades are clad in green-grey natural slate. Superimposed metal window frames support the uniform look of the buildings. Faceted and recessed façades structure the main bodies. The clever positioning of the buildings at different heights on the plot makes sure that even the apartments facing away from the lake have views to the north over Lower Lake Constance. Following the terrain, the layouts of the 22 owner-occupied apartments range over different levels. High and slanted ceilings transform individual rooms into entirely unique spaces.
